JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Lalit Sharma, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. J.S. Virk, Assistant Government Advocate, for the State of Uttarakhand.

(2.) The applicant is in jail having been implicated in FIR No.85 of 2017, which has been registered under Sections 457/380/411 of IPC, at Police Station Kaladhungi, District- Nainital.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge sheet has already been filed in the matter and there is no occasion for the applicant tampering with the evidence. He further submits that the applicant has no previous criminal history and he is in jail since 15.09.2017.
