(2.) APPELLANT Smt. Laxmi Devi has filed this Special Appeal under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of High Court Rules against the impugned judgment dated 28 -06 -2007 passed in Writ Petition No. 738 (S/S) of 2007.

(3.) THE Petitioner/Appellant, in substance, was challenging her transfer from Chawalkhet, Block Chamba, District Tehri Garhwal to Tingri, Block Chamba, District Tehri Garhwal vide order dated 14 -06 -2007.
