JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dtd. 28/8/2025, passed in WPSS No. 458 of 2025. By the said order, following directions were issued:-

(2.) Heard Mr. Bhagwat Mehra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jagdish Singh Bisht, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

(3.) Mr. Jagdish Singh Bisht, Advocate, appearing for the State, submitted on instructions that the Departmental Appeal, filed by the petitioner, has been decided by the Secretary, Medical Health and Medical Education, Government of Uttarakhand, Dehradun on 5/1/2026.
