JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of an order dtd. 25/11/2022, passed in Writ Petition (S/S) No.716 of 2020 and batch. By the said order, the following direction was issued :-

(2.) Heard Mr. Piyush Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Rajesh Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 and Mr. Aditya Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

(3.) In response to the present contempt petition, a compliance affidavit dtd. 15/12/2025 has been filed by Mr. Dayanidhi Batsa, the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, along with documents.
