JUDGEMENT

(1.) By means of present writ petition, petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the learned District Judge, Udham Singh Nagar to expedite the proceedings of Civil Revision No.27 of 2025, Manjeet Singh vs. Sri Manoj Kumar & others, within stipulated time period.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner instituted Civil Suit No. 07 of 2023, Manjeet Singh vs. Manoj Kumar & Others, before the Court of Civil Judge (S.D.), Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, seeking a decree of permanent injunction. The learned trial court, after hearing both the parties, passed an order dtd. 7/1/2025 directing the parties to maintain status quo with respect to the nature and possession of the disputed property. Aggrieved by the said order, respondent no. 1 filed an application (Paper No. 34-Ga), to which the petitioner filed objections. Thereafter, the learned trial court, vide its order dtd. 21/5/2025, allowed the said application. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner preferred Civil Revision No. 27 of 2025, which is pending disposal.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned revisional court, despite being seized of the matter, has failed to decide the revision expeditiously. He, therefore, prays for a direction to the learned District Judge, Udham Singh Nagar, to expedite the proceedings of Civil Revision No. 27 of 2025, Manjeet Singh vs. Sri Manoj Kumar & Others, within a stipulated time period.
