This application has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.287 of 2025, "State vs. Jitendra Singh and Another", pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar under Ss. 115(2), 117(2), 351(2) and Sec. 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
