JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers :-

(2.) Mr. Rishab Ranghar, Advocate, submitted that issues have already been framed. He has requested to direct the concerned Civil Judge to decide the said Original Suit expeditiously.

(3.) The said prayer is an innocuous prayer.
