JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application has been filed to direct the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Vth Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun to conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No.2416 of 2019, "State Vs. Raja Lama and Others", as expeditiously as possible.

(2.) Heard Ms. Stuti Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, learned Assistant Government Advocate for the respondent no.1.

(3.) Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, learned Assistant Government Advocate, has not opposed the said request.
