JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application has been filed for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.22 of 2020, registered at Police Station Mussoorie, District Dehradun under Ss. 406, 420 and Sec. 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

(2.) The First Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA No.1167 of 2025) was dismissed on 14/10/2025 as withdrawn granting liberty to the applicant to file anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court. Learned Sessions Judge, Dehradun has rejected the Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA No.1340 of 2025) of the applicant on 22/12/2025.
