JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri J.C. Pande, learned Standing Counsel for the State in support of the Application for Withdrawal of the Appeal (IA No. 11694 of 2026).

(2.) The Application is supported by an affidavit of Additional Director, Secondary Education, Kumaun Region, Nainital.

(3.) Learned Standing Counsel submits that the order dtd. 19/5/2017, passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 1219 of 2017, has already been complied with and, therefore, the present Application has been filed for withdrawal of the appeal.
