JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dtd. 9/4/2024, passed in WPMS No. 807 of 2024. By the said order, following directions were issued:-

(2.) Heard Mr. I.D. Paliwal, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. C.S. Rawat, learned Chief Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 3.
