JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application has been filed by the applicant to direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal to decide the Case No. 16 of 2024, "Mithun Vedi Vs. Smt. Ujita Rawat", pending under Sec. 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as expeditiously as possible.

(2.) Heard Mr. Mani Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. R.B. Kala, learned counsel for the respondent.

(3.) The said request of the applicant has not been opposed by the respondent.
