JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to adjust the petitioner on any of the following vacant posts:-

(2.) The petitioner is working as an Assistant Professor (Home Science) at Government P.G. College, Joshimath, Chamoli since her initial appointment as Assistant Professor.

(3.) Joshimath, Chamoli is a durgam posting. The petitioner has already completed three years at Chamoli. She has filed representations seeking transfer to a sugam place. However, since previous year was declared as "zero session", therefore, transfers were not effected and, for which reason, the petitioner remained at Chamoli.
