JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Harendra Belwal, Advocate, present for the petitioner.

(2.) Mr. N.P.Shah, Standing Counsel, present for the State/respondent nos.1 to 4.

(3.) The petitioner before this Court is a daily rated worker in the Forest Department. Initially the petitioner filed a writ petition for claim of minimum pay scale, in which certain order was passed by this Court to this effect and consequently the petitioner was given a minimum pay scale, including the arrear, by the concerned officer i.e. Divisional Forest Officer.
