(3.) The petitioner is working as an Assistant Teacher (L.T.-Grade) at Government Inter College, Baraskund (Ghat), District Chamoli. His wife is also working as an Assistant Teacher at Government Primary School, Bisoli, Narsen, District-Haridwar, and therefore, the petitioner seeks transfer from Chamoli to Haridwar under the spouse policy.
