HIMANSHU MINOR Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The writ petitioners, by means of present Writ Petition, seek to quash the FIR No. 199 of 2016, under Sections 354 of IPC and Section of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, lodged by respondent no. 3, at Police Station Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(2.) Respondent no. 3 (mother of the victim) lodged an FIR against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections under Sections 354 of IPC and Section of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act on 22.08.2016.

(3.) It is the submission of learned AGA that the investigation in this case is under progress.
