JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused-Applicant has been summoned to face the trial for the offence punishable under Section 307 IPC.

(2.) Compounding application, being CRMA no. 1319 of 2016, has been filed by the parties to indicate that they have buried their differences and have settled their dispute amicably. Joint compromise has been filed alongwith affidavits of accused-applicant as well as of the complainant- respondent no. 3 and injured-respondent no. 4.

(3.) Accused-Applicant Kamal Chauhan is present in person before the Court, duly identified by his counsel Mr. Devendra Singh Bohra, Advocate. Complainant-respondent no. 3 Narayan Singh and injured Manoj Singh is also present in person before the Court, duly identified by their counsel Mr. S.S. Chaudhary, Advocate.
