JUDGEMENT

(1.) The writ petitioners, by means of present Writ Petition, seek to quash the FIR No. 200 of 2016, under Sections 325, 342, 504, 506 of IPC and Section 3 (1) (X) of the SC/ST Act, lodged by respondent no. 3, at Police Station Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(2.) Charan Singh (complainant) lodged the FIR against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 325, 342, 504, 506 of IPC and Section 3 (1) (X) of the SC/ST Act on 22.08.2016.

(3.) It is the submission of learned AGA that the investigation in this case is under progress.
