(1.) By means of present writ petition, the petitioner prays for the following reliefs, among others:
(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State, perused the documents brought on record and considered the grounds taken up in the writ petition.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner upon believing the words of co-accused Bittu Chaudhary he witnessed the power of attorney and thus merely on the said basis the petitioner has been implicated in the present case. However, the facts reveal that no such allegation is made in this regard in the impugned FIR; therefore, the petitioner is entitled for protection during the investigation.
