The First Information Report has been lodged by respondent no. 3, which has been registered as Case Crime No. 102 of 2016, under Sections 454 & 380 of IPC, at Police Station-Kotdwar, District-Pauri Garhwal against the unknown person. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has approached this Court for relief.
