(1.) Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:

(2.) The petitioner applied for the post of Principal (Grade II) pursuant to advertisement issued by the second respondent-Commission. Candidature of the petitioner, being rejected by Annexure No. 5 order, the petitioner is before us.

(3.) Heard Mr. B.S. Adihkari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. B.D. Kandpal, learned counsel for the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission.
