JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri B. D. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State/respondents.

(2.) The petitioner in her writ petition has prayed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner as LT. Grade Teacher in Hindi in accordance with U.P. Subordinate Educational (Trained Graduates Grade) Service Rules 1983 by awarding the quality point marks for the post graduate degree adding the marks obtained by the petitioner in post graduation.

(3.) Briefly stated, the petitioner has applied for the post of Assistant Teacher (Hindi) in L.T. Grade in Kumaon Region.
