(2.) THE petitioner is seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 1727 of 2001 (M/B), which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 16 -06 -2006.

(3.) THE petitioner had filed this writ petition in the year 1998 for the following reliefs:
