(2.) Present criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist for the following relief:

Briefly stated, according to the respondent No. 4, her father and brother are resident of Modinagar and there being good relationship between the family of the applicant and her parental family, she and her husband knew applicant very well. For making partner to the respondent No. 4 and her husband in his Confectionary Shop, he borrowed enough money from them. He also took a sum of Rs. 2,10,000.00 from her in the month of Oct., 2000 and in this respect he issued four cheques respectively Cheque Nos. 0014040 dated 15.05.2001 for sum of Rs. 60,000-, 0014037 dated 15.4.2001 for a sum of Rs. 50,000.00, 0014038 dated 15.4.2001 for a sum of Rs. 50,000.00, 0014039 dated 15.4.2001 for a sum of Rs. 50,000.00, but when no money was paid, the complainant presented cheques No. 0014040, 0014037, 0014038 and 0014039 through its bankers State Bank of Patiala, Roorkee for collection, but said cheques were returned dishonoured by the Banker of the accused i.e. Union Bank of India, Modinagar with remark Insufficient Funds. Complainant received the information about the dishonour of cheque on 29.8.2001.
