JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Application under Sec. 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail under Ss. 351(1), 352 and Sec. 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in Case Crime No.72 of 2025, registered at Police Station Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(2.) Heard Mr. Arjun Arora, learned counsel for applicant, Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned Additional Advocate General for State and Mr. Anuj Singh Kunjwal, learned counsel for informant/ victim.

(3.) Mr. Arjun Arora, Advocate and Mr. Anuj Singh Kunjwal, Advocate submitted that the marriage of the applicant and the inform ant/ victim has been solemnized on 7/3/2025 and their marriage has been registered under Rules 7(1)(g) of the Uniform Civil Code Rules, Uttarakhand, 2025.
