SALAUDDIN Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Application under Sec. 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for regular in connection with the Case Crime No. 759 of 2024, registered at Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar.

(2.) The applicant Salauddin is in judicial custody for the offence under Sec. 3/5/11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007.

(3.) On receiving a secret information on 25/12/2024, police party raided an under constructed house. There were 3-4 people in that house. The named accused Nawab was identified by the police party. Seeing the police party, they all managed to escape from the spot. The police party recovered 160 kg. beef and cutting equipments from the spot.
