ANEES Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No. 382 of 2022, under Ss. 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1063 of 2024, was dismissed as withdrawn on 17/12/2024.
