JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application has been filed for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.187 of 2025, registered at Police Station Gangnahar, District Haridwar under Sec. 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

(2.) According to the First Information Report dtd. 11/5/2025, there was a dispute between the informant and the co-accused Ahmad on 10/5/2025 over the money for curd. The same day at night, the co-accused Ahmad and the applicant went to the informant's house and opened fire on him, but, the fire did not hit him.

(3.) Heard Mr. Mohd. Safdar, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, learned Brief Holder for respondent.
