JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present C528 application has been filed by the applicants along with the Compounding Application (IA/1/2025) for quashing the charge-sheet dtd. 27/4/2023, summoning order dtd. 3/10/2024 as well as the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1982 of 2024, State Vs. Aalok Dwivedi & others (Case Crime No.37 of 2022), under Ss. 147, 148, 323, 504 and 506 of IPC, pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate IIIrd, District Haridwar on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties.

(2.) Along with C528 application, a joint compounding application (IA No.1/2025) has also been moved by the parties, supported by their separate affidavits. It is stated in the compounding application that applicants and the private respondents are neighbours who have settled the dispute with the interference of responsible people of society for maintaining peace and harmony in the society and the private respondents do not want to pursue with the present case, in view of the compromise entered into between them.

Today applicant no.1 (Aalok Dwivedi), applicant no.2 (Sunil Saini @ Sunil Kumar), applicant no.3 (Rohit Negi), applicant no.4 (Pankaj Chauhan), applicant no.5 (Manoj Negi @ Manoj Bhatt) and applicant no.6 (Shagun) and respondent no.2 (Mohammad Arbaz), respondent no.3 (Nazar Hasan Ansari), respondent no.4 (Abdul Salam), respondent no.5 (Shahid @ Sajid), are present before this Court duly identified by their respective Advocates.
