JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Application under Sec. 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant-Rahul Kumar seeking anticipatory bail under Ss. 319(2),318(4), 336(3) and Sec. 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in Case Crime No.83 of 2025, registered at Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar.

(2.) As per the First Information Report, Soyab and Mukeem were arrested on 6/3/2025 by the police party. They told the police party that they cheat people with co-accused Jitendra.
