JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No. 02 of 2024, under Ss. 302 & 120B IPC, Police Station Chakrata, District Dehradun. She has sought her release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) On 29/1/2023, at 5:00-6:00 early in the morning the informant was told that his brother has been killed and his dead body is kept in a room.
