AVESH Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Applicant- Avesh alias Savej is in judicial custody for the offence punishable under Sec. 303(2), Sec. 317(2) read with Sec. 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in Case Crime No.336 of 2025, registered at Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar.

(2.) According to the respondent, a truck (Registration No.UK07CA-5535) was stolen on 5/10/2025. The First Information Report was registered on 7/10/2025 against unknown person. The said stolen truck was recovered from the possession of the applicant and co-accused persons.
