PRINCE Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No. 520 of 2023, under Sec. 120B, 395, 412, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Sec. 25/3 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Kotwali Dehradun, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, on 9/11/2023 at about 10:25 a.m., four persons entered into a jewellery showroom in Dehradun and looted jewellery on the gun point.
