JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application has been filed under Sec. 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.842 of 2024, "State Vs. Digvijay Singh Chauhan and Another", pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Jaspur, District Udhan Singh Nagar under Ss. 434, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
