PAWAN SAINI Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Pawan Saini, who is in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime/FIR No. 237 of 2025, under Ss. 109, 115, 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S., registered at P.S. Ramnagar, District Nainital, has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant/accused would submit that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the instant crime; that, the applicant is not named in the FIR; that, the co-accused, namely, Saurabh Singh has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dtd. 20/11/2025 and the applicant/accused is also entitled to be released on bail on the basis of parity.
