JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application has been filed for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.342 of 2025, registered at Police Station Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar under Ss. 115(2), 351(2), 352 and Sec. 74 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

(2.) According to the First Information Report dtd. 7/9/2025, on 5/9/2025 at around 8:30 a.m., the applicants beat the informant, due to which she suffered injuries. Applicants tore her clothes, abused and threatened her.

(3.) Heard Mr. D.C.S. Rawat, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, learned Brief Holder for the respondent.
