JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application has been filed for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.309 of 2025, registered at Police Station Ranipur, District Haridwar.

(2.) The First Information Report was registered under Sec. 80(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Charge-sheet has been filed under Sec. 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

(3.) According to the First Information Report dtd. 2/8/2025, the informant's sister was married to the co-accused on 7/2/2025. Her husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law harassed her demanding dowry. She committed suicide by hanging in her marital house on 2/8/2025. Applicant no.1 is the father-in-law and the applicant no.2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased.
