JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No. 68 of 2018, under Ss. 302, 307, 506 and Sec. 34 IPC, Police Station Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) This is third bail application of the applicant; his first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 30/7/2020; his second bail application was dismissed on merits on 5/10/2021.
