JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application has been filed for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.97 of 2025, registered at Police Station Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(2.) The First Information Report was registered under Ss. 109(1), 117(2) and Sec. 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Charge-sheet has been filed under Sec. 117(2) and Sec. 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

(3.) According to the First Information Report dtd. 15/5/2025, the applicants and other two co-accused beat the informant's brother at around 07:30 a.m. on 15/5/2025 due to which he sustained injuries.
