JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant is in judicial custody in Sessions Trial No. 77 of 2021, in FIR No. 293 of 2020, under Ss. 302, 394, 411, 34 IPC, Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) It is argued that it is a case of parity. The co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail.
