(1.) The present Third Bail Application has been moved by the Applicant - Ravi Kumar, aged about 29 years, S/o Shri Braj Nandan Sah, R/o Sanha Naya Tola, Sahebpur Kamal, Baarkhadda, Begusarai. The Applicant is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No. 0588 of 2021, dtd. 14/11/2021, registered at Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun, for the offences punishable under Sec. 302 IPC.
