JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application has been filed for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.39 of 2025, registered at Police Station Patel Nagar, District Dehradun under Sec. 3, Sec. 5 read with Sec. 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, Sec. 3 read with Sec. 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.

(2.) Learned Sessions Judge, Dehradun rejected the Anticipatory Bail Application (No.1074 of 2025) of the applicant on 18/9/2025.

(3.) According to the First Information Report dtd. 19/1/2025, the police recovered the dead bodies of two cows in mutilated condition on 19/1/2025. A blood stained knife was also found on the spot. The First Information Report was registered against unknown person.
