JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Bail Application has been moved by the Applicant - Kheem Singh, aged about 25 years, S/o Shri Bhagat Singh, R/o Village Nahalgaur, Post Ghughti, Tehsil Syalde, District Almora. The Applicant is in judicial custody in connection with FIR/Case Crime No. 06/2025, dtd. 11/2/2025, registered at Police Station Deghat, District Almora, for the offences punishable under Ss. 8/20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
