(1.) The present Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed with the following prayers : -

(2.) Heard Mr. M.K. Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, learned Brief Holder for the respondent nos.1 to 4.

(3.) Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, Brief Holder, on instructions, submitted that a Special Investigation Team has already been constituted and the investigation has been transferred from the Investigating Officer Prakash Chandra to the Investigating Officer Pankaj Kumar.
