KULDEEP NANDRAJOG Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant - Kuldeep Nandrajog is in judicial custody for the offence punishable under Sec. 420 and Sec. 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in Case Crime No.171 of 2024, registered at Police Station Bahadarabad, District Haridwar.

(2.) The informant Deepak lodged the First Information Report against three persons including the present applicant alleging that he had invested a sum of Rs.18,00,000.00 for a plot measuring 249.07 square meter in the project namely, "Santoor City" with M/S Octagon Builders and Promoters Private Ltd. The builder has not yet handed over the plot to him. Now, the builder is allotting the undeveloped plot to him.
