(3.) Petitioner is a "helper" in a sugar factory and comes under the category of workman. His date of birth in his service record as well as in his provident fund records is 01.04.1955. The petitioner was inducted in service in Bazpur Cooperative Sugar Factory Ltd. in the year 1983. Consequently, petitioner will reach the age of superannuation and will retire from service on 31st March, 2015 after reaching 60 years.
