JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. D.C. Joshi, Advocate, present for the revisionist.

(2.) Mr. K.S. Rautela, learned Government Advocate, assisted by Mr. S.S. Adhikari, learned Brief Holder, present for the State of Uttarakhand.

(3.) This is a revision filed by the prosecutrix. The accused persons are facing trial under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/376(2) (n)/376D/307 of IPC. This Court has been informed that there are orders of this Court that the trial be expedited. Meanwhile, one of the prosecution witness Sub Inspector Mr. Sanjeev Mamgai (PW7) was examined first. Thereafter other prosecution witnesses and Sub Inspector Ms. Neelam Rawat (PW8) was also examined.
