The first information report has been lodged against the present revisionist by respondent no.2- Smt.Hameeda, which has been registered as Case Crime No.242 of 2014, under Section 376 of IPC and Section 3, 4, 5 & 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, at Police Station-Laksar, District-Haridwar.
