JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS criminal revision filed by Sri Ram Kumar Gupta chellenging the order dated 17.11.2002 and 17.01.2000 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/IIIrd Fast Track Court, Dehradun and IVth A.C.J.M. Dehradun respectively.

(2.) DURING the pendency of the revision, both the parties have filed affidavit before this court that they have entered into compromise and the opposite party Sanjeev Kumar Singhal has received an amount of Rs. 85,000/from the revisionist.

(3.) THE affidavit showing compromise between the parties has also been filed by the parties before the court.
