JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.428 of 2023, under Ss. 363, 376 IPC and Sec. 3(a)/4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station- Raipur, District- Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, the victim had left her home on 8/10/2023 at 6:30 PM. Thereafter, she was not traceable.
